CONFIRMATION/GUARANTEE POLICY

Upon room reservation confirmation, 100% of total amount must be paid
(proof of credit card number)

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of any postponement or cancellation, the hotel will require a formal notification in writing by email through the reservation team, at the latest:

-    Two (2) weeks prior to the date of booking during peak season (August – December)

-    One (1) week prior to the date of booking during high season (April – July)

-    Three (3) days prior to the date of booking during low season (January- March)

Otherwise this will be treated as a no-show.

 

NO SHOW POLICY 
In the case of a no-show, any payments made towards the room reservation will be non-refundable.
